These terms cover your use of gelagencare.com. We are the USA Authorized Retailer for Gelagen: we publish the label, hold stock and pass orders on. The contract of sale is formed on the seller’s checkout, not here. Nothing on this site is medical advice, the printed label wins any conflict with these pages, and the percentages here are computed by us.

They cover your use of gelagencare.com. They do not cover the seller’s checkout, which has its own.
These terms are an agreement between you and Gelagencare, the USA Authorized Retailer for Gelagen, and they apply from the moment you use this website. If you do not accept them, the remedy is to stop using the site. Last reviewed September 22, 2026.
Gelagencare is the USA Authorized Retailer for Gelagen. We hold stock, publish the label and the amounts exactly as they are printed, and pass every order to the Gelagen order desk. A contract of sale is formed when you complete a purchase on the seller’s checkout, under that company’s terms, and your rights in respect of the goods run against that contract rather than against these pages.

What this site is, and what it is not
It is product information written from a printed label. It is not a clinical opinion and it never becomes one.
Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here should be used to decide whether to start, stop or change a medicine. No doctor, dermatologist or other clinician has reviewed this product for us, and we will not print one who has not.
Adults 18 and over. Follow the label. Talk to a clinician before starting if you take medicines, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.
Two specific matters recur across this site and both belong in a conversation with a clinician rather than with a website. This product carries 5,000 mcg of biotin, which can be relevant at a blood test, and 630 mcg RAE of preformed vitamin A, which accumulates and carries an upper limit. We publish both numbers and stop there.

We take care with every figure on this site and we still expect to be wrong occasionally. Where anything on these pages conflicts with the printed label or with the seller’s current sales page, the label and the sales page win and this site is the thing in error. The percentages of the Daily Value shown throughout this site are computed by us from the FDA Daily Value table. They are not quoted from the bottle, because the bottle prints no percentage column. Every page carrying them says so.
Prices, pack sizes, shipping thresholds and the guarantee are the seller’s and can change without this site being told. The figures confirmed on the checkout before you pay are the ones that bind, not the ones printed here.
Intellectual property, acceptable use and third-party links

We may block access that is abusive or automated at a volume that degrades the site for others.
Links to outside sites, including the six reference sources and the seller’s checkout, are provided because they are useful. We do not control them, we are not responsible for what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific point it supports.

Gelagencare earns a commission when you buy through the links on this site. It does not change your price, it does not change the panel, and it is disclosed at the foot of every page as well as in these terms. The single buy route on this site is the redirect at order/, which carries a sponsored and nofollow marking for that reason.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the disclaimer, are the whole of the agreement between you and us in respect of this website, and they do not affect the separate terms you accept on the seller’s checkout.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of the State of New York have jurisdiction. Our office is at 1411 Broadway, Floor 8, New York, NY 10018, USA and returns are received at 11 Penn Plaza, Floor 5, New York, NY 10001, USA, which is why New York is the forum.
We change these terms when the site changes, and the date at the top of the page moves when we do. Continuing to use the site after that date is acceptance of the current version. No. This site publishes information and links to the seller’s order page. The contract of sale is formed on that checkout, under that company’s terms, and payment is taken there. We hold stock and pass orders on; we do not operate the checkout.
What happens if this site and the bottle disagree?
The bottle wins, every time. If a figure here does not match the label in your hand, the label is correct and our page is wrong. Tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it.
Are the percentages on this site official?
They are ours. The listing gave amounts and no percentage column, so we computed each percentage from the FDA Daily Values and labelled it as computed. The FDA Daily Value page is the table we used.
Can I copy these pages?
Quote a short passage with a link back and we will not object. Republishing a page whole, or lifting the tables and the scorecard into another site, is not permitted. The product name and the seller’s artwork belong to their owners, not to us.
Which law applies?
The laws of the State of New York and of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Both our office and our returns address are in New York. Nothing in these terms removes a right your local consumer law gives you.
