What the guarantee says, and the part that is unusual
Every pack of Gelagen carries the same promise: 60 days, money back. Two bottles, three bottles and six bottles all have it, and the window does not stretch with the pack size.
Here is the part worth pausing on. The sales page states the window as 60 days from purchase. It publishes the start point. That sounds like a small thing and it is not: a guarantee with no stated start point is a guarantee you cannot count the days of, and plenty of them are sold that way. We have written up products where the only honest thing we could say about the window was that nobody had said when it opened. This one says. Credit where it is due.
Take it literally, because it cuts both ways. The clock starts the moment you pay, not the moment the parcel lands and not the moment you remember to open the bottle. If delivery takes a week, that week came out of the 60 days. If the bottle sits in a drawer for a fortnight before you start, that fortnight came out of it too. Nothing about the count waits for you.

The row that catches most people is the postage one. A money-back guarantee almost never means postage-paid, and this one does not: you pay to send the bottles back. On a two-bottle return that is a small cost. On a six-bottle return it is four sealed bottles of glass and gummies going across the country at your expense, which is worth factoring in before you order six.

This section is not about Gelagen in particular. It is about what the word means on any supplement listing, because it is one of the most over-read words in the category.
It is a promise from the seller
One company saying it will return your money under stated conditions. It is worth exactly as much as that company's willingness to honour it, which on this product comes with a published telephone number and two street addresses attached.
It is not a certification
No outside body awards a money-back guarantee, audits one or enforces one. The seal in the listing artwork was drawn by the seller. It sits beside three other seals on that artwork and none of the four is printed on the bottle.
It is not a substitute for the label
The reason to read the panel before you buy is that a refund gets your money back and does not undo having taken something. That matters here mainly for the 5,000 mcg of biotin, which is 16,667% of the daily value and is worth mentioning before a laboratory test while you are taking it.

Why the window argues for the smallest pack
Two bottles is 120 gummies. At the printed serving of two a day that is 60 days, and the guarantee is 60 days from purchase. The two numbers are the same number. When you finish the second bottle, the window closes, and there is nothing sealed in a cupboard that you can no longer do anything about.
Six bottles is 180 days. The window is still 60 days. On the last day you can still act, you are holding four unopened bottles, which is $196 of product at the six-bottle rate, outside the promise. Three bottles leaves one sealed bottle in the same position, $69 worth.
None of that makes six bottles a bad purchase. It makes six bottles a second purchase. Buy two, take them for the two months they last, decide at day 50 while there is still a fortnight of window to act in, and then buy six if it is worth buying six. Four habits that turn a promise into a decision
A guarantee only protects people who act inside it. These four cost nothing and are the difference between a real option and a date that quietly passes.
Write down the purchase date, not the delivery date
The window runs from purchase. Put the date you paid at the top of the note where you keep the order ID, because that is the date the desk will count from.
Set a reminder for day 50
Not day 60. Day 50 leaves you ten days to make a call, get an address confirmed and put a parcel in the post. A decision made on day 59 is a decision made too late to act on.
Judge it against what the reviewers actually described
