One telephone number, one email address, two different jobs
Almost every contact problem on this product comes from sending a question to the desk that cannot answer it. These two paragraphs prevent most of them.

Order desk - orders, tracking, changes and refunds. This is the seller's desk and it is a telephone number rather than a form. It can see your order, take a new one, change a delivery address, arrange a replacement for a bottle that arrived wrong and issue a refund. It cannot see your order, because no order of yours has ever touched this domain, and it therefore cannot refund, track, cancel or redirect anything.

Five lines that shorten the conversation
Write these down before you dial. Every one of them is something you will be asked for, and hunting through an inbox with a desk waiting is how a three-minute call becomes a fifteen-minute one.

One note about the hours, because we would rather be precise than tidy. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET is published in the contact line alongside the website desk. No separate set of hours is published for the order desk. The returns address, 11 Penn Plaza, Floor 5, New York, NY 10001, USA, is the one that matters when there is money at stake, and it is not the office address.
What neither desk can do
Give medical advice. Nobody here is qualified to, and nothing on this site is medical advice. The FDA's questions and answers on dietary supplements notes that some supplements might interact with medicines or other supplements; that assessment belongs to your own clinician with your own history in front of them.
The one thing to mention elsewhere
A sentence for an appointment, not for a desk
This is not a question for either desk and it is the most useful thing on this page, so it goes here rather than in a footnote.
Two gummies carry 5,000 mcg of biotin, which is 16,667% of the daily value. The NIH fact sheet for health professionals records that very high intakes of biotin can interfere with laboratory assays that use biotin-streptavidin technology, including tests for thyroid hormone and 25-hydroxyvitamin D, and that a patient died following a troponin test that returned a falsely low result because of biotin interference. The documented figures in that fact sheet are at 10 mg, twice what is in this product, and we have never claimed they have been shown to apply at 5 mg.
What follows from it is one sentence, said to a person who is not on this page: tell whoever orders your blood test that you take this.
