Five questions about what is printed on the bottle
What exactly is printed on the front of the Gelagen bottle?
Six lines: Advanced Gummies for Skin Health, Youthful Glow, Deep Hydration, Smooth Appearance, 60 Gummies and Dietary Supplement, beside the phrase KOREAN TECHNOLOGY, beside a South Korean flag roundel. None of the six is a number.
What do the words Korean Technology on the front refer to?
Nobody has said. No process, patent, ingredient or facility is named on the bottle or in the listing, so the phrase carries nothing you can check. We print it because it is printed, and stop there.
Does the bottle name a manufacturer or give an address?
No. It carries the Gelagen mark and nothing else, which is the main reason our traceability score is low. The addresses on this site are ours, not the maker’s.
Is there a best-before date printed on it?
not published. We have the lot, GEL-26/GE-6014, and the certificate reference GEL-6014-26-GE, but no printed expiry reached us. If the bottle in your hand carries a date, that date is the one that counts.
Can I read the certificate of analysis behind GEL-6014-26-GE?
No. We were given the reference number, not the document, and we will not describe a test we have not seen. What to check on your own bottle.
The name and the formula
Four questions about the gap between them
We state the gap plainly, we do not accuse the seller of lying about it, and we make no claim about whether collagen supplements work.
Why is the product called Gelagen if there is no collagen in it?
Nobody has answered that. The seller does not claim collagen either: its own Inside Gelagen artwork calls the formula selected vitamins, so the implication sits entirely in the name. The finding in full.
There is vitamin C on the panel. Does that make it a collagen product?
No. Your body cannot build its own collagen without vitamin C, which is a fact about you rather than about the bottle. The 20 mg here is about a third of a medium orange.
Are any of the thirteen nutrients there in name only?
Two. Choline is 0.04 mg against a daily value of 550 mg, or 0.007% of it. Inositol is 40 mcg, and where inositol has been studied in people the doses are measured in grams.
Is thirteen nutrients with thirteen printed amounts actually unusual?
It is, and it is the best thing about this product. Most of this shelf hides behind a proprietary blend, where several names share one weight. Here you can read every amount yourself.

Can I take one gummy a day instead of two?
The label gives one serving and it is 2 gummies. Every figure on the panel assumes both, so one gummy halves all thirteen and puts you outside the printed directions. Ask a clinician rather than this page.
Morning or afternoon, and does the thirty minutes matter?
The label leaves the meal to you and fixes the gap: about thirty minutes before a morning or afternoon meal, with a full glass of water. Pick one slot and keep it. Consistency beats any particular hour.
What should I do if I miss a day?
Take the next day’s serving at the usual time. Do not take four to catch up: that doubles 5,000 mcg of biotin and 630 mcg RAE of preformed vitamin A at once. The label gives no missed-dose instruction.
How should the bottle be stored once it is open?
not published. No storage line, no temperature, no once-opened period. Cool, dry and out of the sun is ordinary sense for a gummy, but it is our sense rather than the label’s.

Five questions to settle before the first gummy
None of this is medical advice. It is the published record, gathered for the appointment.
Do I have to tell anyone I take this before a blood test?
Yes. Tell whoever orders the test. NIH reports that very high intakes of biotin can interfere with assays using biotin-streptavidin technology, including thyroid hormone tests, vitamin D tests and the troponin test used to help diagnose a heart attack.
Has 5,000 mcg specifically been shown to interfere with a test?
We will not claim that. The interference NIH documents was measured at 10 mg, twice what is in two gummies. Five milligrams sits below that figure and far above the 30 mcg adequate intake. Mention it; do not assume either way.
Should I stop taking it before a test, and for how long?
That is a decision for whoever ordered the test, and we will not print a number of days nobody has published for this product. FDA advises providers to ask patients about biotin supplements, which is easier if you have already said it.
Can I take Gelagen alongside a multivitamin?
Do the vitamin A arithmetic first. This is 630 mcg RAE of preformed vitamin A and NIH puts the adult upper limit at 3,000 mcg. A second product carrying it stacks on top. Same for any second biotin source.
I have a thyroid condition. Is there anything here to raise?
Two things. The biotin, because thyroid hormone assays are among the tests NIH names. And the iodine, 42 mcg or 28% of the daily value, because iodine is a thyroid nutrient. Neither is a reason not to take it; both are reasons to say so.

When is shipping free, and what does it cost when it is not?
Free on three and six bottles. Two bottles is charged shipping, calculated at checkout, and the amount is shown before you pay rather than published in advance. What else is not published.
What should I check the moment the parcel arrives?
Four things before you open it: an intact seal, a count of 60 gummies, the lot against GEL-26/GE-6014, and whether yours carries a printed date where ours did not. If something does not match, call +1 (302) 200-3480.

When does the 60-day clock start?
At purchase. The sales page states the window as 60 days from purchase, a start point many listings leave vague, and it cuts both ways: the clock runs while the parcel is in transit. Keep the date you paid.
Who pays to send the bottles back?
You do. A money-back guarantee almost never means postage paid and this one does not. Use a tracked service. Whether the original shipping charge on two bottles comes back is not stated.
Can I send back bottles I have already opened?
not published. The terms do not say whether opened bottles are refundable alongside sealed ones, which matters, because nobody judges a supplement without opening it. Ask the desk before you post anything.
How long does the money take to come back?
