Gelagencare is the USA Authorized Retailer for Gelagen. We hold stock, publish the label and the amounts exactly as they are printed, and pass every order to the Gelagen order desk. We do not make the product.
That is a commercial relationship and we would rather describe it plainly than dress it up as journalism. We sell this product. We earn when you buy it. Every page on this site was written by people with an interest in you clicking the button.
Which is precisely why the method below exists, and why the home page opens by telling you that a product called Gelagen contains no collagen. A site that earns on the sale and still prints the three-star review, the missing best-before date and the 5,000 mcg of biotin is a site whose remaining claims are worth something.
The method

These are not aspirations. They are the rules every page was checked against before it was published, and the reason several sections of this site are shorter than they would otherwise be.
The label wins
Every fact starts from the printed bottle and the seller's published amounts. Where the label and any marketing material disagree, the label is what we print. The panel is the source of truth on this site even when the name on the front points somewhere else.
Never invent a fact
No amount appears here that is not published. No storage instruction, no expiry date, no other-ingredients list, no manufacturer name. Where nothing is published we write not published and stop, and that phrase appears on this site dozens of times because it is true dozens of times.
Never invent a person
No doctor endorses this site, because none has reviewed this product for us. No dermatologist is quoted. No reviewer is ours. The eight reviews on the reviews page came from the seller and are labelled as seller-supplied on every page they appear on.
Only sources we opened
Six references are cited across this site and every one of them was opened and read on September 22, 2026. None of them tested Gelagen. They describe the named nutrients, which is a different thing from testing this finished formula, and we say so at the foot of every reference list.
Percentages are computed, and labelled as computed
The percentages on this page are computed from the FDA Daily Values, not copied from the bottle. The listing gave amounts and no percentage column. We divide the declared amount by the FDA Daily Value from the FDA reference table and show the result as ours. Inositol has no Daily Value, so no percentage is printed beside it anywhere on this site.
Print the bad half too
The name finding is on the home page above the pricing, the three-star review is in the same type as the five-star ones, and the nine gaps below are a section rather than a footnote.
Earnings disclosure

Gelagencare earns a commission when you buy Gelagen through the links on this site. It does not change your price. It does not change what the label says, and it has not changed a single figure we publish about it.
The buy links carry rel="sponsored nofollow" and point at a redirect page excluded from our sitemaps and disallowed in robots.txt, which is the technically correct way to mark a commercial link and costs us search visibility.
No payment is taken on gelagencare.com and no card details are entered here. We hold no order of yours, which is why every refund and tracking question on this site is answered with a telephone number rather than a form. We have never been paid to place a product here, to remove a criticism, or to write a page.

This section is not an apology. It is the part of the site we would look at first if we were the buyer, and it changes whenever something is answered.
Unanswered as of September 22, 2026
- Any collagen. The name reads like one and the product is sold for skin firmness, but no collagen appears on the panel, and the seller's own artwork describes the formula as selected vitamins.
- What the words Korean Technology on the front refer to. No process, patent, ingredient or facility is named anywhere.
- A manufacturer or distributor name. The bottle carries the Gelagen mark and nothing else.
- The other ingredients. The gummy base - its sugars, its gelling agent, its colours and flavours - is not published, which also leaves vegetarian suitability unanswered.
- How much sugar is in two gummies, which is the question a gummy should answer first.
- A printed best-before date.
- A percent Daily Value column. The amounts were published; the percentages on this site are computed from the FDA Daily Values and labelled as ours.
- The third-party certificate of analysis document. Only the CoA number was given.
- Any published human trial on the finished Gelagen formula.
Three of those nine do most of the damage. The other ingredients are the gummy base itself, which means the sugar content and the vegetarian question cannot be answered at all. The missing best-before date leaves the lot number doing work it was not designed for, on a format that is more sensitive to time and heat than a capsule is. And the certificate of analysis document would turn a testing claim into a testing result.
The first item on the list is the one the whole site is built around. There is no collagen in Gelagen: not as collagen, not as gelatin, not as a peptide, on a product sold for skin firmness under a name that reads like one. We have never claimed the seller lied about it, because the seller's own artwork describes the formula as selected vitamins, and we make no claim either way about whether collagen supplements work. That is a separate question and this product does not raise it. the name finding on the home page has the finding in full.
What this site is not
Four things, stated before you need them
- Not medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or prescribes. The FDA notes that some supplements might interact with medicines or other supplements, and the only person who can weigh that for you is your own clinician.
- Not the manufacturer. We did not formulate, make or test this product, and nobody is named as having done so.
- Not a substitute for the label. Read the bottle. If the bottle and this site ever disagree, the bottle is right.
- Not neutral about the sale. We earn when you buy.
One instruction runs through every safety-adjacent page here and it is worth repeating in the place where we describe our method, because it is the single most useful sentence on this site. Biotin in this product is 5,000 mcg, which is 16,667% of the daily value. Tell whoever orders your blood test that you take it. The NIH health-professional fact sheet records interference with assays that use biotin-streptavidin technology, including thyroid and troponin tests, at intakes of 10 mg; this product is 5 mg, and we have never claimed the documented figures apply at half the dose.
