What this policy covers, and what it does not
It covers gelagencare.com, the website. It does not cover the seller’s checkout, which is a different company on a different domain.
gelagencare.com is operated by Gelagencare, the USA Authorized Retailer for Gelagen. This policy describes what happens to information when you read these pages or write to the website desk. Last reviewed September 22, 2026.
There is a boundary running through the middle of this document and it is worth understanding before anything else. This website publishes product information. It does not take orders, it does not take payments and it holds no customer records. When you follow a buy link you leave this site for the seller’s checkout, and from that click onwards your information is handled by that company under its own terms rather than under this page.
What follows describes what actually happens rather than every eventuality a template can imagine. If something here is wrong, write to [email protected] and we will correct it.

Server logs are the only automatic collection here and they are the ordinary byproduct of a web server answering a request: which page, when, from which network address, from which browser. We read them in aggregate when a page is slow or an image is broken, and to block abusive traffic. We build no profile, attach no name and pass them to nobody.
Cookies and analytics
What this site does not load
Most policies in this position describe a consent banner. This one describes an absence.
This website sets no cookies. It writes nothing to your browser’s local or session storage. It carries no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, no heat-mapping script and no third-party analytics package. That is checkable rather than a promise: open your browser’s developer tools, load any page here and look at the storage and network tabs.
One third-party request does leave your browser. These pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts those servers and they see the ordinary technical details of a request, including your network address. We receive nothing back from it and we set nothing on the strength of it.
The redirect at order/ sends you to the seller’s checkout. That destination is a different site and it may well set cookies of its own, including ones recording which site sent you. That is how the seller knows an order came through these pages, and it is the mechanism by which this site earns. We disclose it rather than describing it as a partnership.
Two desks
What the order desk holds, and what this website holds
They are different records in different places, and confusing them wastes your time when you need something.
The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles orders, tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds. It holds your name, your delivery address, your contact details and your order history, because it cannot do its job without them. If you want an order record corrected or deleted, that request has to go there.
The website desk on [email protected] handles these pages: typographical errors, a factual correction, a broken link, a privacy question about this site, or press. It holds the email you send and nothing else. It cannot look up an order, cannot see a tracking number and cannot issue a refund, and telling you so quickly is more useful than pretending otherwise.
Third parties, retention and your rights
Who else is involved, for how long, and what you can ask for
The third parties involved in this website are short to list: the hosting provider that serves these files, Google Fonts as described above, and the seller’s checkout once you have left. There is no advertising network, no customer data platform and no email marketing list, because this site sends no marketing email.
Retention follows from that. Server logs rotate on the host’s ordinary schedule and are read in aggregate. An email thread is kept while it is open and for a short period afterwards in case you write again, then deleted on request. Nothing else is kept because nothing else is collected.
On security, the honest version is that there is little to secure. These pages are served over HTTPS, there is no database of customers behind them and no login to compromise. The email the website desk holds sits in an ordinary mailbox with ordinary protections, which is why we ask you not to send order numbers, card details or anything medical to it.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, there is nothing here for it to turn off: no tracker is loaded and no personal information is sold or shared, so the signal is honoured by default rather than by a setting.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to know what is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of them. We honour those requests regardless of where you live, which is simpler than checking. Write to [email protected]. This site is written for adults 18 and over and the product is labelled for adults. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if you believe a child has written to the website desk, tell us and we will delete the thread.
This policy changes when the site changes. If analytics were ever added, this page would say so before the script was loaded, and the date at the top would move. There is no version history to consult; the date is the version.
